Terms of Service
Rules for accessing and using FuirHUB.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using FuirHUB (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. Eligibility and adult content
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority applicable to you. You are responsible for determining whether accessing adult-oriented material is lawful where you are.
The Service must never be used to locate, submit, promote, or distribute material involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual intimate material, secretly recorded content, or any other unlawful abuse.
3. Description of the Service
FuirHUB provides a video directory and may display titles, thumbnails, descriptions, categories, model names, links, and embedded players. The underlying media may be served by independent third-party hosting providers.
The current public version does not offer visitor registration or public file uploads. If those features are introduced, these Terms and the Privacy Policy must be updated before they are made available.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- violate any applicable law or the rights of another person;
- infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- attempt to bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
- introduce malware, malicious code, fraudulent links, or deceptive requests;
- scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts or places unreasonable load on the Service;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or unlawfully identify another person; or
- send knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive reports or takedown notices.
5. Third-party services
Embedded players and external links are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and security are outside the direct control of FuirHUB. A link or embed does not necessarily mean that the operator endorses the external service or its content.
6. Reports and content removal
Reports may be reviewed, referred to a third-party host, or used to disable a page, thumbnail, link, or embed. Submission of a report does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular outcome.
Copyright complaints are handled under the Copyright and Takedown Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service’s branding, page design, software, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in third-party media remain with their respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
The operator may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service. Links and embedded videos may become unavailable without notice.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantee is made that every listing is accurate, complete, lawful, secure, or continuously available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or an external service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Restriction and enforcement
The operator may block access, disable features, remove listings, or take other reasonable action to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Philippines, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdictional rules that apply to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. The effective date shown above will be revised when a new version is published.
